SAYU · 사유
A bilingual website and live ordering system for a Seoul wellness cafe.

SAYU (사유 · contemplation) is a wellness cafe, gallery and rooftop in Haebangchon, Seoul. The site translates the physical space into a quiet bilingual experience — a contemplative landing, a guided tour through each floor, a signature menu, and a live ordering flow that connects guests to the counter in real time.
SAYU needed an online presence that matched the calm of the physical space, worked in both English and Korean for an international Haebangchon audience, and let guests order from the counter without breaking the atmosphere with a third-party app.
A bilingual TanStack Start site with a slow, image-led narrative; a typographic menu with cart and checkout; a live order pipeline with a sound-enabled admin dashboard for baristas; and a confirmation page guests keep open to watch their order status update in real time.
